IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Safety always comes first. Please keep the following points in mind a t all times. Read and follow
this instruction guide completely before using your Total Strider. Keep this guide in a safe place and
make sure everyone who uses the Total Strider also reads this guide. Have a safe and enjoyable
workout.
1. If at any time you feel faint, lightheaded or dizzy, stop exercising immediately. You should also
stop if you experience undue stress, pressure or pain at any time. See your doctor before
continuing to work out.
2. Please keep all children and pets away from the Total Strider during use, as well as when the
machine is unattended.
3. Make sure that the unit is operated on a clean, dry surface.
4. Keep the unit clean and dry.
5. Wear proper workout gear that allows free movement, such as jogging and warm-up suits,
shorts, T-shirts, or other clothing that fits correctly.
6. Always follow the correct exercising procedure for the Total Strider.
7. Always choose the proper workout that best suits your physical strength and flexibility level.
8. Follow your doctor's recommendations in developing your own personal fitness program.

DISPOSAL

• Please respect the environment!
• Dispose of the packaging according to the local recycling regulations.
• Dispose of paper and cardboard packaging separately from plastic bags into the corresponding
containers.
