After the new hardware has been installed, you can open up the AfibAlert® application that you installed on your Windows computer and enter your login name and password. On the top part of the application, the Device Connection Status field will display “Disconnected” as shown in the figure below.

Pewaukee, WI 53072 Resetting the ECG Data On the back side of the AfibAlert® is a small hole providing access to the reset button. This symbol and arrow on the back label point to that access hole that allows the ECG data to be erased from device memory.
