c. lnstall the axle holder as shown. First
tighten the nut on the front end of the
axle
holder,
and tighten the nut on the
rear end
.
Axle holder nut torque:
0.8 ,......, 1.25 m-kg (5.8 ,......, 9 .0 ft-lb)
Removing the rear wheel

Remove the tension bar and the brake
rod from the brake shoe plate
.
The
tension
bar can
be
removed
by
removing the cotter pin and nut from
the tension bar boit. The brake rod can
be removed by removing the adjust nut.
2. Loosen the fock nuts of the right and left
chain pullers and loosen the adjust
bolts.

Remove the master link clip and master
link and remove the chain from the rear
sprocket.
4. Remove the rear wheel axle nut.
