ESSENTIAL INDIVIDUAL COM- PONENTS IGNITION SWITCH The ignition switch ( 1 ) is on the right side below the steering stem. The headlight and tail lights illuminate every time you put the power switch to ON. If the scooter is stopped with the swi- tch ON and the engine stopped, the he- adlight and tail lights remain on causing battery discharging.

FEATURES STEERING LOCK The steering can be locked when the igni- tion switch (1) is in the ‘‘LOCK’’ position. To lock the steering, turn the handlebars all the way to the left or right, turn the igni- tion key (2) to LOCK while pushing in. For lock Remove the key.

SEAT LOCK The seat lock is located in the ignition swi- tch (1). To open the lock of the seat, insert the ignition key (2), push in and turn to OFF position, then turn it counterclockwise. Lift the saddle. To close the lock, push the seat down and press on the opposite side of the hook (3) of the seat until it locks.
