5. Why can't I fit the tip into my computer?
The tip should fit snugly inside the DC input jack on the side or back
of your computer. If the tip will not fit into the jack, you may have
selected the incorrect tip. Please do not force the tip. Confirm that
you have chosen the correct tip for your computer by referencing
the included Tip Compatibility Guide.

Will using the wrong tip damage my computer?
The tips are engineered to work with specific computer models and
so you should only use the tip that is designed specifically for your
computer. If you're not sure which tip is correct, a detailed listing
can be found in the included Tip Compatibility Guide or visit the Tip
Selector at DuracellPower.com/DRAC90S to find additional model
listings. Using an incorrect tip may cause performance issues, such
as inability to charge the internal battery or power the computer,
or an error message appearing on the computer screen. It is also
possible that the use of an incompatible tip could damage your
computer. Therefore, it is vital to use the tip created especially for
your device.

My computer is less than 90 watts (e.g. 65 watts).
Will this charger damage my computer?
No, using this charger will not damage your computer.
This charger only supplies as much power as required
by the computer, up to a maximum of 90 watts.

My computer is more than 90 watts (e.g. 120 watts).
Will this charger damage my computer?
This is a 90 watt charger and it should NOT be used with
computers that require more than 90 watts of power.

The charger often feels warm when I'm using it with
my computer. Is this dangerous?
During standard operation the charger body may feel warm, and
this is normal. The charger should always be placed in a ventilated
area to avoid overheating.
