    10. Solving problems 1.Intended use The ATAB701 is a tablet PC for children, designed for playing and managing media files, running applications and browsing the Internet. The device is fitted with a touch screen, USB and Micro SD Memory Card Slot. The device can be connected to a PC.

  • Page 6 5.2. Selection of icons on your tablet This chapter contains a selection of icons you will come across when using your tablet. These symbols are regularly referred to further in the manual. Return to the previous screen. To the start screen of the "children" mode.   • Page 7 6.Use 6.1. Using the on/off button Turning on the product  Press and hold the ON button for 3 seconds when the product is turned off.  After starting your tablet, drag the padlock icon to the open lock symbol. The splash screen appears.

    When the correct pass code is entered the "Children" mode screen appears. 6.4.3 Manage Settings  Log in as a parent and press the "Parents setting" button (go to section 6.4 "Parents" mode for more details).
