Step 3: Press the button you want to programme (the for example) and the LED Indicator flashes slowly. Simply connect the HDMI Output from VD directly to one of the TV’s HDMI Input. Composite Video Connection In order to get Standard Definition video from VD without HDMI and YPbPr, Composite Video must be used.

    3.4 S-Video Connection S-Video is an analogue signal. In order to get Higher Definition video from without HDMI, simply connect S-Video Output from VD directly to one of the TV’s S-Video Inputs. As S-Video does not convey audio signal, a separate connection is needed to connect the Audio/L/R Output from VD to the TV’s Audio/L/R Input.

    Network Connection for Interactive Services Some of the features present in the new MHEG-5 Interactive Services broadcasts require an internet connection (competition entries, voting, subscribing and purchasing for example).
