Important: When the green signal lamp illuminates, open up the plates of the
unit. The unit may overheat if is heated up with closed plates and without food
for a longer period of time.
Place the food on the grill plates and grill up to the desired consistence.
The green signal lamp turns on and off as the unit cycles to maintain the ideal
heating temperature; this prevents overheating.
When the food is ready, adjust the dial to "Min". Unplug, drain the grease and
allow cooling down completely.
NOTE: The upper part of the grill is traversable and matches its height to the
surface of the food.

6.1 Spacer wire rack

The spacer wire rack is used for the preparation of Lahmacun, Pizza and similar dishes.
Place the rack on top of the grill plates.
When closing the upper grill plate will not close completely but rest on the wire rack.
So a distance between upper grill plate and foods placed on the lower grill plate is
kept.

7. Cleaning

Always unplug and let the appliance cool down before cleaning.

Never immerse the appliance in water or other liquids.
ATTENTION
Risk of damage to the appliance
Never use abrasive, scrubbing cleaners or chemical detergents.
Loosen any remnants carefully with the cleaning tool.
Wipe the upper and bottom grill plate with a damp cloth or sponge with a little soap,
then wipe it off with again with just a damp cloth.
Do not scrape grill forcefully. Use mild soap to clean.
Pull out the oil tray and rinse with warm, soapy water.
Wipe inside and under the oil drain channel either.
The outer case of the appliance should be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth.
The appliance can be stored vertically due to the securing latch.
