Place the cooking surfaces (grill & griddle—No.18 & 19) on the topmost ledge of the BBQ. Warming rack The warming rack (No.20) fits into two holes in the rear of the roasting hood.

You will find the screw holes on the side panel especially for this purpose.

  • Page 13 No! The bottle should always be placed to the side of the barbecue in an upright position – the HeavenChef range features an external integral gas bottle holder on the side panel. The bottle should never be placed on the base shelf or worse still on its side – this can cause liquid gas to find its way into the barbecue which it is not designed to cope with.
