This Sector 5 Limited Hardware Warranty applies only to hardware products manufactured by or for Sector 5 that can be identified by the "Sector 5" trademark, trade name or logo affixed to them. This Sector 5 Limited Hardware Warranty does not apply to any non-Sector 5 hardware products or any software, even if packaged or sold with Sector 5 hardware. - Page 21 If there is any contradiction between the limited warranty and any agreement and statement related to Sector 5 products, this limited warranty shall govern. Sector 5 or its successor in title is the warrantor under this warranty. If Sector 5 cannot lawfully disclaim implied warranties under this limited warranty, all such warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty.
