Possible Reason
Power outlet is faulty.
Plug is faulty.
Fuse is broken.
Appliance is not turned on.
Heating element is faulty.
Appliance is new.

Check power outlet is working by using a
different appliance to see if socket is faulty.
If socket is working call customer helpline/
return to store. If not get a qualified
electrician to fix outlet.
Visually inspect the plug/cable, if faulty call
customer helpline/ return to store.
Unplug, then check or replace fuse.
Flick the switch down to turn on the
appliance.
If the switch is working then it may be
possible the heating element is faulty.
Contact customer helpline/ return to store.
New appliances need to be boiled a few
times, emptied and replaced with cold
water. This is due to the product being new.
If the problem continues then contact
customer helpline/ return to store.
