    FIRST STEPS Inserting your 4G LTE SIM card Your SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) card is a small rectangular plastic card that stores your important information about your wireless service. To install your 4G LTE SIM card: 1. Open the cover to the SIM Card slot and carefully insert the 4G LTE SIM card with the gold contact facing down (1).
