9. Press the LED LIGHT BUTTON to turn the LED LIGHT on.

VIEWING THE TEMPERATURE IN FAHRENHEIT OR
CELSIUS
1.
Insert a thin pointed object into the °F/°C PINHOLE to view the temperature
in Celsius.
2. Insert a thin pointed object into the °F/°C PINHOLE again to view the
temperature in Fahrenheit.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
• TEMPERATURE PROBE is dishwasher-safe. Remove TEMPERATURE
PROBE from handle before washing. See page 8 for release instructions.
• Wipe the handle with a damp cloth. Do not submerge in water.
• If the TEMPERATURE PROBE becomes damaged during use, order a
replacement probe (991592) by calling customer service at
