The battery pack cannot be detached. In the event your Smartbook cannot normally shut down or restart, press this Reset button with a pin or straight paper clip to restart the Smartbook.

To maximize the battery life, the rst charge must be a full charge. It is our recommendation that you charge the Smartbook for 6 hours before use in order to achieve a full charge.
