covers in place.

Replacing the Pump Drive
Belt
Check the pump drive belt for wear after every
50 operating hours.
1. Remove the seat retainer bracket.
2. Raise the seat and locate the pump drive belt.
3. Remove the bolt from the clutch stop and
unplug the clutch electrical wire (Figure 47).
4. Pull on the idler pulley to relieve the belt
tension on the idler pulley (Figure 47).
5. Remove the pump drive belt from the engine
and the hydraulic pump pulleys (Figure 47).
6. Install the new belt around the engine and the
hydraulic pump pulleys (Figure 47).
7. Pull the spring-loaded idler to the side and
align the belt.
8. Release the pressure on the spring loaded idler
(Figure 47).
