Use the charger to charge the battery before using it for the first time. A computer can be also used to charge the device by connecting them via the USB cable. Use only Samsung-approved chargers, batteries, and cables. Basics Control motions Simple motions allow easy control of the device. Before using motions, make sure the motion feature is activated. On the Home screen, tap Apps → Settings → Motions and gestures. Excessive shaking or impact to the device may result in unintended inputs. Control motions properly. - Page 24 Basics Picking up When you pick up the device after it has been idle for some time or when the screen has turned off, it vibrates if you have missed calls or new messages. Covering Cover the screen with a palm to pause media playback.
