P3 and three times will change it to Manual mode. To change the desired workout time, press the Time button in the top left corner of the remote. The Vibrapower Cordless Belt has 4 time settings, 5minutes, 8minutes, 10minutes & 12minutes. Keep pressing the Time button until you reach your desired workout length. -
