User Manual BEFORE USING IT Verify that the box where the Citysurfer is delivered contains the following ADJUST THE HEIGHT OF THE SADDLE AND HANDLEBAR elements: Adjust the Citysurfer to your height to achieve a comfortable handling and Citysurfer bicycle folded. -
