Enter text with the Samsung keypad

From a text field, tap the indicator icons area and drag it
downwards to open the notifications panel.

Choose input method

and then select
Portrait keyboard types

Enter text by selecting alphanumeric keys.
When entering text, rotate the device to view the
QWERTY keypad in widescreen. Select the virtual keys
as necessary to enter your text.
You can also use the following keys:
