Page 2 Charging the 8-inch TV (Transcript Viewer): To charge the Realtime TV, plug the AC power cord (supplied) into the power port on the upper right edge of the Realtime TV. See picture 1 below. The power port is situated on the TV’s right edge, between the Search icon and the Back icon. - Page 3 THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW Page 3 Turning on the 8-inch TV (Transcript Viewer): 1) Press and hold the On / Off button (approximately three to five seconds) until the display screen turns on and you hear the “buzz.” When facing the TV screen, the On / Off button is on the upper right-side edge, near the top.

FEATURES Page To View Text The text will automatically scroll across the TV screen. • To Review Text (Scroll back) Tap the Pause button one time • To scroll back, towards the beginning of the realtime transcript, place one finger •... - Page 7 FEATURES Page 7 To Review Text (Scroll back) Tap the Pause button one time • You may either tap the arrow buttons at the bottom of the display screen to move • backwards or forwards through the transcript, or you may place one finger on the top portion of the screen and quickly slide your finger downwards (to move backwards through the transcript) or place one finger at the bottom of the screen and slide your finger quickly upwards (to move forwards through the transcript).
- Page 8 • Play button one time (if you had tapped the Pause button before highlighting). The realtime transcript is being received/stored on your Realtime TV during the periods when the transcript has been paused. Note: You are not required to pause the proceedings in order to highlight text.
- Page 9 Page 9 Searching for Text With the 8-inch Realtime TV, you have two options when searching for a word or words within the realtime transcript. You may either tap the Search icon (see Picture 1 below) or tap the Pause icon on the lower right portion of the screen (see Picture 2 below) and then tap the Search icon that appears in the lower left corner of the screen (see Picture 3 below).
