- Page 4 XFR Apprentice Workout Station Assembly Instructions Prep for mounting on wall PLEASE NOTE: The support boards are 31” wide in order to accommodate studs that are 16” or 24” from center, or for unusual spacing. Use the 5/8” x 4” lag screws (included) to mount these boards Step 1 Use a stud finder to locate the studs in your wall where you want to mount your station.
- Page 5 XFR Apprentice Workout Station Assembly Instructions Step 1 Assemble metal bar by sliding the top portion over the bottom portion and lining up the holes. Make sure the fit is tight. Steps 2 and 3 Set the support boards along side of the holes in the metal bar.

Line up the pre-drilled holes in the studs with the pre-drilled holes in the support boards. Using the 5/8” x 4” Lag Screws and a socket wrench, bolt the station on to the wall.
