BATTERY
Charge batteries before each use.
See charging steps in Chapter 7,
Maintenance.
Check that the batteries are held
securely in place to prevent the
batteries from being damaged from
vibration or jarring. Also check that
no battery caps are missing to
prevent battery acid from spilling
from the battery. Check the battery
terminals for corrosion.
Battery electrolyte is poisonous
and dangerous, causing severe
burns, etc. It contains sulfuric
acid. Avoid contact with skin, eyes
or clothing. Ventilate when charg-
ing or using in enclosed space.
Always shield eyes when working
near batteries. KEEP OUT OF
REACH OF CHILDREN.
TIRE CONDITION
Tire Air Pressure
Check the tire air pressure before
operating the utility vehicle.
Tire pressure:
Front: 68-82 kPa, 0.69-0.84 kgf/cm
(10-12 psi)
Rear: 241-255 kPa, 2.5-2.6 kgf/cm

(35-37 psi)
Tire Wear Limit
Check the tire surface for damage,
cracks or embedded objects. When
tire tread wears down to 3 mm
(0.12 in.), replace the tire.
