DISASSEMBLING PROCEDURES

1. Removal of COVER, HEAT-SINK (See Fig.1)
1) Unscrew the four screws ( 1 ).
2) Remove the COVER.
3) Unscrew the two screws ( 2 ),
two screws ( 3 ) and two screws ( 4 ).
4) Remove the HEAT-SINK.
2. Removal of G-MECHA (See Fig.2)
1) Unscrew the four screws ( 5 ).
2) Remove the FLAT-CABLE 19P.
3) Remove the G-MECHA.
