- Page 4 Functions and General Operation Boiling function It is recommended to boil water in the kettle to sterilize it before first use. Discard water after boiling. 1. Place the kettle on the base and connect to power. Press the Power button to place the unit in standby mode.

Corrosive detergents or hard metal wire materials are not recommended. This will damage the surface and affect the lifetime of the unit and may cause a safety hazard.
