Calling:
- Press Multi-Function Button to answer
incoming call.
- Press and hold Multi-Function Button for 2
seconds to reject incoming call.
Headset will output confirmation tone.
- Press Multi-Function Button to end active
call, or simply hang up on connected phone.
- Double-press Multi-Function Button to redial
last call. Headset will output confirmation tone.
Voice Dialing:
- With device in standby, Press and hold
Multi-Function Button for 2 seconds and then
release. A tone prompt for voice dialing
will sound.
Note: connected mobile phone must support
voice-dialing feature.
Disconnecting:
- Power off Stereo Bluetooth Receiver by
long-pressing the Multi-Function Button until
red LED flickers, or disable Bluetooth function
on your connected device.

G. Troubleshooting
No/Low Sound:
- Ensure headphones are properly connected to
Stereo Bluetooth Receiver
- Check for adequate battery charge level
- Increase volume level by pressing Volume+ Button
Distortion or White Noise:
- Move Stereo Bluetooth Receiver closer to
connected mobile device
- Look for interference e.g. brick walls, nearby
mobile devices
- Lower volume on Stereo Bluetooth Receiver
and/or on connected mobile device
- Check for adequate battery charge level
- Check integrity of music files on
connected device
- Power off both Stereo Bluetooth Receiver and
mobile device, then power back on and reconnect
Unable to Pair with Bluetooth Device:
- Ensure that your mobile device is
Bluetooth compatible
- Check for adequate battery charge level
- Power off both Stereo Bluetooth Receiver and
mobile device, then power back on and reconnect
