    User Guide CyberCycle To adjust the position of the seat, pull up on the yellow adjustment lever and with your body weight slide forward or backward on the seat to the correct position. Release the adjustment lever and ensure that it locks the seat into plate.

    Select a Tour If the rider has signed in their name will appear in the information bar at the top of the screen. If the CyberCycle is not able to identify the rider because it is either not connected to the internet or the ID that was entered is not recognized then the word "Guest"...

    User Guide CyberCycle Select a Time Riders can choose to ride for anywhere between 5 and 30 minutes in 5 minute increments by pressing the corresponding number on the console keypad.

    Once the rider has entered a tour they can begin pedaling, steering and shifting just as if they were outdoors. The virtual reality on the CyberCycle means that they will feel in the pedals the terrain that they see on the screen and they will want to adjust their path and gearing according to the track.

    Once you have signed into the Bike Manager you will be able to view the activity of the riders that you have set up with IDs. To view your activity, please click the CyberCycle tab in the Bike Manager menu after you have signed in.
