Wait until all digits light for 2 sec and “0.0” appears. Stand on the scale and stand still to measure your weight. Step off the scale and it will shut off in 10 seconds automatically. If you stand on the scale all time, the scale will off in 10 seconds automatically. -

Age Setting “Age” appears and default age will flash. Press the UP or DOWN button to choose the age and press the SET button to confirm. Default gender icon will flash. Press the UP or DOWN button to choose between male and female gender. -

“BODY FAT” display 3 seconds, and “BODY WATER” displays for 3 seconds thrn turn off.
