• Chargers and other accessories

This section provides information about the phone's chargers and
accessories. Be aware that the information in this section is subject to
change as the chargers and accessories change.
The chargers and accessories that are described in this section are
available for your phone. Contact your dealer for details. Also, refer to the
accessories brochure that was included in your sales package for the entire
line of Nokia Original Accessories.
Note: When a charger is not in use, disconnect it from the power source.
Do not leave the battery connected to a charger for longer than a
week, since overcharging the battery could shorten its life span. If
left unused, a fully charged battery will discharge itself over time.
Standard Travel Charger (ACP-7U)
This is a lightweight (187g) and durable AC
charger.
To use the Standard Travel Charger, plug it into a
wall outlet and connect the lead from the charger
to the base of your phone.
Rapid Travel Charger (ACP-8U)
This is a lightweight (100g) and durable AC charger.
Calls can be made during charging, even with a fully
discharged battery.
To use the Rapid Travel Charger (ACP-8U), plug it into a
standard 120V or 220V AC wall outlet, and connect the
lead from the charger to the base of your phone.
The charger can also be used together with the optional
Desktop Charging Stand. Approximate charging times
for discharged batteries are shown in "Charging Times" on page 112.
