The Seiki SM28UTR monitor may not power on despite trying different cords and power outlets due to several possible reasons:
1. Power Connection Issues – Ensure the power cord is securely connected to both the monitor and the power outlet. Use only the recommended power cord. 2. Electrical Safety – Avoid touching the power cable with wet hands and ensure there is no damage to the cable or plug. 3. Defective Monitor – If the power LED does not turn on, the monitor may have an internal defect. 4. Improper Use or Damage – If the monitor was subjected to abnormal voltage, lightning, or physical damage, it may not function. 5. Factory Defects or Warranty Issues – If the monitor has a manufacturing defect, it might be covered under the limited warranty.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, the monitor may require service or replacement.
