    Use this shaver only for its intended use as described in this manual. Do not use attachments not recommended by Remington. Never operate this shaver if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not working correctly, if it has been dropped or damaged, or dropped into water.

Allow up to four weeks of daily shaving to develop an effective shaving style and for your skin to adjust to the new shaver. The adaptation period may take a little longer if your skin is sensitive, if you are switching from a different method of shaving, or if you alternate between shaving methods.
  • Page 7 For a smoother, more comfortable, moisture-free shave, use a Remington® Pre-Shave Powder Stick (SP5). **Remington recommends that you use your new shaver daily for up to three weeks to allow time for your hair and skin to become accustomed to the new shaving system** Ensure your skin is dry and free of oils.

    CLEANING & CARE This shaver is a washable appliance. The head assembly part may be cleaned under water. NOTE: **When cleaning your shaver, make sure the shaver is turned off and disconnected from the power cord.** For optimal shaver performance, clean your shaver after each use. CAUTION! Shaver can be placed under running water for cleaning only.
  • Page 10 13. Allow shaver to dry before next use. Lubricate Remington® Shaver Saver (SP-4) lubricates, cleans and protects your shaver’s foil and cutter assembly. The lubricant helps remove hair clippings while reducing wear. Spray on the foil and cutters after each shave to keep your shaver operating at peak performance.

Never wrap the cord of the power adaptor around the unit as this will cause the cord to wear prematurely and break. Handle the cord carefully for long life and avoid jerking, twisting or straining especially at the power plug.
