The Owner renounces any claim and any procedures, of whatever nature, against ElectricSA, following the occurrence of loss, damage or injury of any kind that he or she might sustain while using the EAB and this applies before, during and after use.

    guarantee shall expire twelve (12) months after the date of purchase of the EAB at the retailer. The propulsion system is defined as consisting of the control panel, the accelerator group, the engine, the wire bundle components and electrical cables. FRAMEWORK ElectricSA guarantees to the Owner that the frame of the EAB, when new, is free from defects in materials and workmanship.

    ASSEMBLE THE BIKE (ESA1202ZW) 1. Unpack the bike; remove all the bubble bags and zippers. Handle bar, front wheel, saddle, pedals and lights are to be assembled. 2. Unscrew the 4 screws in the frame by the Allen key, place the handle bar in the middle and tighten the screws.
  • Page 13 4. Assemble the shaft. Turn the bike upside down and remove the front fork protector (picture just for reference, please make sure the components on the handle bar are all well protected when you turn the bike down). Taking off the cap nut and a spring in the shaft.
  • Page 14 6. Fix the front mud-guard. Disassemble the connector using the Allen key (5mm). Then replace the original connector cap with a 25.4mm one and tighten the screws just a little bit. Fix the connector cap into the front mud-guard like the right lower picture.
  • Page 15 7. Turn back the bike. Assemble the pedals by using the spanner. Make sure the left and right pedals are mounted correctly. Please notice that the screw threads will be able to get a good grip, otherwise you will have dangers when riding.
  • Page 16 9. Install the battery. Insert the key, turn the key anti- clockwise and hold, then put the battery on the battery seat. Turn the key clockwise to lock and remove the key. Please note that the keys can be used only to lock and unlock the battery.

    ASSEMBLE THE BIKE (ESA1001ZB) 1. Take out the bike from the carton, Handle bar, front wheel, saddle, pedals and lights are to be assembled. 2. Please take the four screws down with hexagon wrench, prepare to fix the handle bar.
  • Page 18 4. Put the front wheel into the front fork, please make sure the disc brake is on the left side, and use the quick release to fix it. Then take the back support to make the bike stand well. 5. Fix the front light and the guard onto the front fork by M6 screws.

    HOW TO CHARGE A BATTERY The charger’s input range is between 110V - 240V AC (depends on the standard in different countries and regions), the charger is specially used for charging the ElectricSA battery. 1. Connect the charger to the battery 2.

    WHAT SHOULD BE DONE IN WINTER TO MAINTAIN BATTERY GOOD CONDITION? During the long periods when you will not be using your EAB, store the battery inside your house after charging it completely for 4-6 hours; afterward, you must charge your battery during one hour each month or for two hours every two months.

    METHOD OF USE 1. NO-PEDALLING MODE A throttle allows you to pedal or just kick back and enjoy a “free” ride. To get started, simply turn the motor on and twist the throttle to accelerate and hold it to maintain the speed. (To turn on the motor, always keep the battery power ON) (Range 40 km to 80 km per fully-charged battery under ideal conditions.

    OPERATING PRINCIPLES To operate you must be pedaling forward. You cannot shift derailleur gears when you are stopped or when pedaling backwards. Before shifting ease up on your pedaling pressure. For a smooth gear change when approaching a hill, shift to a lower gear BEFORE your pedaling speed slows down too much.

    ASSEMBLEZ LE VELO (ESA1202ZW) 1. Sortir le vélo de son emballage ; retirer tous les sachets plastiques et zips. Vous avez besoin d’assembler le guidon, la roue avant, la selle et les lumières. 2. A l'aide d'une clé à six pans, dévissez les 4 vis dans le cadre du vélo, ensuite placez le guidon au milieu et puis serrez les 4 vis.
  • Page 39 4. Assembler l’arbre. Tourner le vélo à l’envers et retirer le protecteur de fourche de roue avant (photo pour votre référence, rassurez-vous que toutes les pièces dans le guidon sont bien protégées quand vous tournez le vélo) .Enlever la protection d'écrous et un ressort dans l'arbre.
  • Page 40 6. Fixer le garde-boue avant. Démonter le capuchon du connecteur à l’aide de la clé à six pans de 5 mm. Remplacer le capuchon du connecteur d’un autre de 25.4mm et resserrer les vis un petit peu. Fixer le capuchon du connecteur dans le garde-boue avant comme la photo du coin inférieur gauche.
  • Page 41 Insérer le garde-boue dans le cadre du vélo et resserrer le à l’aide de la clé à six pans de 5mm. 7. Tourner le vélo. Assembler les pédales en utilisant la clé de serrage. Rassurez-vous que la pédale à gauche et à droite sont montée correctement, sinon vous risquez d’avoir des dangers quand vous faites du vélo.
  • Page 42 9. Installer la batterie. Insérer la clé, tourner dans le sens contraire des aiguilles d'une montre et détenir la, ensuite fixer la batterie sur sa siège. Puis tourner la clé dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre pour verrouiller et retirer la clé. Prendre note que les clés sont pour uniquement verrouiller et déverrouiller la batterie.
