Intended Use The HomePlug 8500E Turbo Ethernet Adapter, subsequently referred to as HomePlug 8500E, is designed for transmitting data within a power network. Any other use is considered unintended use. Unauthorised modifications or reconstruction not described in this manual are not permitted.

In practice, however, no more than 10 HomePlugs should transfer data simultaneously.
