    4. Power on your sound system and turn the amplifier to a low volume. 5. Power on TriplePlay and tune to channel 1, a free preview channel. Press 0-0-1 on the front panel NUMERIC buttons. If the system is working, you will hear XM programming on this channel and can proceed to Step 6.

    TriplePlay supports two modes of channel tuning: Channel mode You can also tune to a specific channel directly simply by (default) and Category mode. These modes affect the how the entering its channel number using the NUMERIC buttons.
