    SECTION 4: INSTALLATION GUIDE The TS-110 is designed for installation on the Armstrong P-25 or E-5 model speaker panels. The set-up procedure is the same for each option. Follow these steps: Remove cover plate from speaker and discard. Place all input and output cables through knockouts and secure with strain relief. Leave at least 6"-10"...
  • Page 9 SECTION 4: INSTALLATION WIRING DIAGRAMS FIGURE 1: CONNECTION OF TS-110 SPEAKER OUTPUT TO MASTER PRIVACY SPEAKER Connect the TS-110 speaker output TS-110 (100V, 70V, or 25V) to the master speak- er. The PRIVACY speaker requires use of the 2-pin connector. Ensure that the voltage matches the slide switch selection of 70V or 25V (70V shown).
  • Page 10 SECTION 4: INSTALLATION WIRING DIAGRAMS FIGURE 3: CONNECTION OF TS-110 SPEAKER OUTPUT TO MASTER ESSENTIALS SPEAKER Connect the TS-110 speaker output TS-110 (100V, 70V, or 25V) to the master speaker. The ESSENTIALS speaker requires use of electrical wire nuts. Ensure that the voltage matches the slide switch selection of 70V or 25V (70V shown).

    SECTION 5B: PAGING APPLICATION GUIDE 5B.1. VIA MICROPHONE (PRE-AMPLIFIED) Connect microphone to a microphone preamplifier. Connect the mic preamp to Line 1 or Line 2 input. Connect speaker output (100V, 70V, or 25V) to main speaker. Daisy chain to secondary speaker(s). Set voltage switch on speaker to match power selected for TS-110 and make speaker tap setting selection.

    SECTION 5B: PAGING APPLICATION GUIDE 5B.4. VIA TR-230 FOR TELEPHONE PAGING Connect telephone system to Armstrong TR-230 phone system input section (See TR-230 manual). Connect TR-230 Balanced Line Out to line input(s). Connect speaker output (100V, 70V, or 25V) to main speaker, daisy chain to secondary speaker(s), set switch on speaker to match power (100V, 70V, or 25V) and select speaker tap setting.

    SECTION 5E: CONNECTION TO EXTERNAL VOLUME CONTROL TS-110 P-25 SPEAKER SPEAKER POWER SUPPLY INPUT OUTPUT FOR PAGING AND MUSIC SYSTEMS: Connect speaker output at 100V, 70V, or 25V to input section of hi-level volume control (70V to + / Com to -). Connect hi-level volume control to speaker input of master speaker (where TS-110 is mounted).
