    1. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS Be sure to read this “Safety Instructions” carefully before operation. Important instructions to be reminded are described in the “Safety Instructions”. Be sure to follow these instructions to use to Machine properly. Please note the Warning, Caution marks and descriptions below: In case the Machine is wrongly operated without respect to this Mark, there is a possibility of fatal or serious injury to the operator.

    While counting the notes, care should be taken to prevent your hand, hair, tie, etc. from getting into the Machine. 2. BEFORE OPERATING THE MACHINE 2-1. Cautions to be taken when operating the Machine Be sure not to put a glass or a vase with water on/near the Machine. In case water gets into the Machine, it may cause a machine trouble.

    3-2. Names and Functions of Keys By this key, SHEETS COUNT mode or VALUE MODE COUNT mode can be selected. (option) Auto start and Manual start can be selected with MNL Key. An appropriate speed may be chosen by pressing this SPEED key, changeable in three steps (Fast, Normal, Slow).

Used to set the machine to detect denominations in width. By this key the reference level for two sheets detection can be changed according to the degree of colour of notes to be counted.

    Note: IRD function only work on the speed-1 or speed-11. 4. MODES and FUNCTIONS 4-1. Modes Mode Mode-1 SHEETS COUNT mode, a default mode, the machine will count out the notes in sheets result. Preset Mode key , “Mode-1” will be shown on MODE display.

    4-2. Functions The function described in this manual may not be available depending on the Model. ADD Function Preset ADD key to enter this mode, and Add will be shown on display. Add function is available in both Mode-1 and Mode-11.

UVD Detection Function (option) This function is to detect the fluorescent on notes.

Through this function, the machine will detect the counterfeit note without the magnetism, When a counterfeit note is detected, the machine will stop at the message “CF2”...

Depending on MTD key , operation is different as follow: Press MTD Key to enter the function and “MTD-|” will be shown on the display.Through this function, the machine will detect the counterfeit note without the metal thread, When a counterfeit note is detected, the machine will stop at the message “CF3”...

    IRD Detection Function (option) This function is to detect the infrared mark on notes. Through this function, the machine will detect the counterfeit note which without the infrared mark. When a counterfeit note is detected, the machine will stop at the message “CF4” on the display. The suspected note is the last one in the stacker.

    DD Function ( Width Size) A width size detection function. The DD function will detect the passing note in the high size direction. When a smaller or note is detected, the machine will stop at the message “dd” . Three sensitivity levels are selectable in this function.

    5-3. Basic Operation Step Turn on the Power Switch. Step Mode-| Mode-|| Set either and Doubles Detection Level. 1. Select either SHEETS COUNT Mode or VALUE COUNT Mode. Under the Mode-| (SHEETS COUNT Mode), you can freely count all the notes or batch by batch by setting a presset number.

    8. ADJUSTMENT OF THE FEED GAP The correct Feed Gap setting of the Central Feed Roller assemblies is vitally important to the smooth functioning of the machine. After extremely long-term usage, the rubber components of both the Feed Roller and the Friction Roller may be subject to natural wear. Under this condition, the feed Gap may become too wide and, as a result, Error Codes will be generated and note feeding will become erratic.
