     DO read the entire operation manual prior to operating this machine as this is essential for proper use.  DO verify the contents of the delivery prior to setting the machine. If any parts are missing, contact STEX(Sales dealer or our service center) at the number listed in the operation manual. Save the shipping cartons in case of return.

  • Page 28 Assembly procedures  S25R 1. Check the contents//Accompanying parts, required tools, & others… 2. Secure the DISPLAY CONSOLE SUPPORT COLUMN(1). 1) Open the FRONT CAP(a) of the base frame. 2) Feed the wires through the DISPLAY CONSOLE SUPPORT COLUMN(1). 3) Connect the HEART RATE CABLE(b) leading from the DISPLAY CONSOLE SUPPORT COLUMN to the wire(c) leading from the base frame.
  • Page 29 4. Secure the front HANDLEBAR(5). 1) Position the front HANDLEBAR(5) as shown. 2) Secure the HANDLEBAR to the upper DISPLAY CONSOLE SUPPORT COLUMN using four M615mm SCREWS(6). Note: Be careful not to pinch wires. 5. Secure the FAST TRACK_TOP COVER(7). 1) Position the FAST TRACK_TOP COVER(7) as shown.
  • Page 30 4) Position the REAR COVER(11) at the back of the DISPLAY CONSOLE and secure it using four M510mm TAPPING SCREWS(12). 7. Assembly the RECUMBENT SEAT ASSEMBLY. 1) Position the SIDE HANDLEBAR(13) as shown. 2) Connect the HEART RATE CABLE(h) leading from the SIDE HANDLEBAR to its respective location in the bottom of SEAT FRAME(B).

Secure the LM GUIDE CAP(15) and insert the RUBBER(17). 1) Position the LM GUIDE CAP(15) as shown with the flat surface facing outside. 2) Secure the LM GUIDE CAP to the LM GUIDE using two M410mm SCREWS(16). Note: → Be careful not to over-tighten the screws. 3) Fasten the M820mm SCREW(F) as shown.

Note: Be careful not to pinch wires. 5. Secure the FAST TRACK_TOP COVER(7). 1) Position the FAST TRACK_TOP COVER(7) as shown.

Assembly the RECUMBENT SEAT ASSEMBLY. 1) Position the SIDE HANDLEBAR(13) as shown. 2) Connect the HEART RATE CABLE(k) leading from the SIDE HANDLEBAR to its respective location in the bottom of SEAT FRAME(B).
