My Dazzle unit is displaying green & pink rectangles on the preview screen instead of the VHS picture. What is causing this? Dazzle? USB connection? Video RCA cable? It used to work perfectly. I've tried all kinds of possibilities to fix it. I got the picture back, briefly, and then black screen. On the subsequent Boots, the preview screen opened with the pink and green rectangles again. Thanks for your help.

The green and pink rectangles on the preview screen instead of the VHS picture could be caused by the Pinnacle Dazzle unit sending uncompressed video through USB 2.0 in Hi-Speed mode. If the USB connection is not fast or stable enough, data corruption can occur, leading to display issues. Additionally, the absence of an official 64-bit driver could cause compatibility problems on modern systems, potentially leading to graphical glitches.
