Prime warrants to the original consumer purchaser of its products that such products will be free from defects in materials and / or
workmanship for a period of three years from the date of original purchase. Consumer must provide proof of date of purchase.

During this Five-year period, Prime will, at its option, repair or replace, without charge, any product or part which is found to be
defective under normal use and service. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT EXTEND TO FLUORESCENT LAMP STARTERS AND
TUBES.

This warranty does not apply to products purchased outside the boundaries of North America.

This warranty does not cover normal maintenance and service or any products or parts which have been altered or repair in any way
that would affects reliability or detracts from the performance, and subject to misuse, negligence, accident, improper maintenance or
repair (other than authorized by Prime), faulty installation or installation contrary to recommended installation instructions.
5.
The duration of an implied warranty is limited to the three years period. Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied
warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
6.
Prime's obligation to repair or replace at Prime's option, shall be the purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty, Prime
shall not be liable for incidental, consequential or special damages arising out or in connection with products use or performance.
