KNOW YOUR LAWN MOWER Read this manual carefully, observing the recommended safety instructions before, during and after using your lawn mower. Following these simple instructions will also maintain your lawn mower in good working order. Familiarize yourself with the controls on your mower before attempting to operate it, but above all, be sure you know how to stop your mower in an emergency.

9. BLADE The blade is made of pressed steel. It will be necessary to reshape it frequently(with a grind wheel). Ensure that it is always balanced (an unbalanced blade will cause dangerous vibrations). To check for balance, insert a round rod through the central hole and support the blade horizontally. A balance blade will remain horizontal.

Expert inspection is required, do not make any adjustment by yourself, must contact authorized service centre: a) if the lawn mower strikes an object. b) if the motor stops suddenly c) if the blade is bent (do not align!) d) if the motor shaft is bent (do not align!) e) if a short-circuit occurs when the cable is connected.

13. ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY DISPOSAL According to EU directive 2012/19/EU on electric and electronic equipment and its implementation into national law, all electric tools must be separately collected and environmentally friendly recycled. Alternative disposal: If the owner of the power tool does not return the tool to the manufacturer, he is responsible for proper disposal at a designated collection point that prepares the device for recycling according to national recycling laws and regulations.

Page 17 2. REGULI GENERALE DE PROTECTIE Scopul regulilor de protectie este de a atrage atentia Dv. asupra pericolelor posibile. Simbolurile de protectie si explicatia lor necesita atentia si intelegerea Dv. Atentionarile de siguranta in sine nu elimina toate pericolele. Instructiunile si atentionarile nu inlocuiesc masurile corespunzatoare pentru evitarea avariilor. ATENTIONARE: Nerespectarea atentionarilor de protectie pot duce la vatamari corporale grave atat pentru Dv.

Inlocuiti taisurile si suruburile uzate, ca sa asigurati echilibru. Inlocuiti etichetele deteriorate sau necitete. 9) Verificati inainte de orice folosire daca nu cumva prelungitorul de cablu este uzat sau deteriorat.

Asigurati-va ca iarba este curatata de pietre, crengi, sarma si alte obiecte straine, care eventual ar putea fi prinse si aruncate de cositoare in orice directie si sa provoace leziuni grave operatorului si a persoanelor de fata, precum si a bunurilor materiale si a obiectelor din jur.
Page 25 Asigurati-va ca taisul este intotdeauna echilibrat ( un cutit neechilibrat o sa provoace vibratii periculoase). Ca sa verificati echilibrul, introduceti tija prin orificiul central al taisului orizontal. Daca taisul este echilibrat, o sa ramana in pozitie orizontala. Daca discul nu are baza pe partea grea, se va invarti in jos. Modificati greutatea intr-o parte pana se echilibreaza discul.
