1. Before cleaning, unplug the unit and allow it to cool.
2. Clean the cooking plates of the unit with a cloth dampened in hot and soapy water.
DO NOT IMMERSE THE APPLIANCE IN WATER. Rinse with a dampened cloth and
then dry.
3. To remove food residues from the cooking plates or the housing, use a nylon pad
and a non-abrasive cleaner. If you use a steel wool pad or abrasive cleaners, you
can damage the non-stick coating.
4. Close the unit and store.
5. If the unit needs further maintenance, take it to an Authorized Oster
en g lish -5
Service Center.
