In the first section, you will connect the Powerline AV Network Adapter (model number: PLE300) to your router. In the next section, you will connect the Powerline AV 4-Port Network Adapter (model number: PLS300) to your computers or other network devices.
- Page 3 Plug Power into Outlet NOTE: Because the Adapter sends data over the power lines of your home, Linksys recommends that you plug the Adapter directly into an electrical outlet. The Adapter has its own power filter to help protect against surges.
- Page 4 Install the Second Adapter Connect one end of an Ethernet network cable to an Ethernet port on the Powerline AV 4-Port Network Adapter (model number: PLS300). Connect Ethernet Network Cable Connect the other end of the cable to the computer or other device that you want to add to the network.
