The unit will not
charge.

plugged in to a wall outlet
using the supplied USB
cable and AC adapter.
Securely connect the USB
cable to DigiGo™ and the
computer.
Connect the DigiGo™
directly to the computer,
without using a hub.
Hold the Power button for
10 seconds until DigiGo™ is
turned off. Then hold
and Vol- button down
when turning the DigiGo™
ON. Follow the steps on
the screen.
Use a tooth pick to gently
remove any small particles
within the gap.
Format the microSD
memory card to FAT32 in
your computer.
