Inspect the appliance for visible signs of damage before use . Do not use a damaged

Do not open the device . Unauthorised opening and repairs can lead to considerable

danger for the user of the device. Only allow qualified persons to carry out repairs.
Improper repairs will invalidate the guarantee .
Repairs to the coffee machine during the guarantee period may only be carried out by

service centres authorised by the manufacturer, otherwise the guarantee will be
invalidated in the event of subsequent damage .
Defective parts may only be replaced with original spare parts . Only original spare

parts guarantee that the safety requirements are met .
Protect the device against moisture and penetration by liquids . If the device comes into

contact with liquids, disconnect it from the power supply immediately .
Clean the housing of the device with a slightly damp cloth . Do not use any aggressive

or abrasive cleaning agents or solvents .
Do not pull the power cable to remove the plug from the mains socket .

Do not place any objects on the device .
■
Electronic devices are delicate so avoid knocks and blows .

Disconnect the plug from the mains socket in the event of faults or during thunderstorms .
