    Mini Stepper Master by Wagan Tech ™ ® • Perform some warm-up exercises prior to your exercise routine to decrease the risk of injury. For example, stretch your arms, legs, and back. • Please note that it is also important to coordinate both arm and leg workouts during an exercise.
