The wall bracket must be fitted horizontally and the cable routed to the bottom right of the heater. A height of 600mm from bottom of heater to floor is recommended for optimum viewing of fuel bed see fig.1 for recommend fixing dimensions.

    Fig 2 1045 Fitting the Feet The box contains two plastic feet and four screws for each foot. Place the fireplace on a flat, stable surface with the back of the fireplace resting on the surface. Push the feet onto the base of the fireplace and fit the screws in place. Stand the fireplace up and ensure that it is placed at least 15cm away from the wall.

    Instructions for Use The fireplace can be operated either by the switches (located on the top right hand side of the fireplace) or by the supplied remote control. Manual Operation The switches are located at the top right hand side of the fireplace. The standby switch must be switched on first.

    Troubleshooting Symptom Solution No operation/no fan. Check the fuse in the plug. Replace if necessary. The safety cut-off may have operated. Please allow it to cool down for 15 minutes, then switch it back on. No fire effect light. Check if the LED’s are working. Cleaning Warning: Always disconnect from the power supply before cleaning the fireplace.
