Before making any connections to the pcb EZ-8, be sure that there is no power connected to the Dualcom-8. Both the 12Vdc. back-up battery and the 230Vac. Fix the jumper J7 as desired and as shown above and then power up the panel.
12Vdc. back-up battery and 230Vac. power is not connected. After all connections are made and the Dualcom-8 is powered up, it will auto- matically recognize that the HA-3 has been added. Be sure not to put on the relay terminals 1-2 and 3 a load of over 10 amps.
