Cleaning Your Oven

IMPORTANT: Before cleaning the appliance, ensure the oven is turned off,
unplugged, and cool. Always dry all parts thoroughly before using the oven
after cleaning.
The oven pan and crumb tray are dishwasher-safe or may be
hand washed.
To minimize scratching when hand washing, please use a polyester
or nylon mesh pad.
1. Clean the glass door with a nylon cloth and soapy water. Dry thoroughly before
using the Oven. Do NOT USE a spray glass cleaner product.
2. Wipe clean the exterior and interior of the toaster oven with a damp cloth or
sponge after each use. (Wait for the unit to cool down)
3. Wash the Crumb Tray and Oven Pan with hot soapy water and a sponge.
4. Do not use a steel wool pad or metal brush, do not use a chemical oven cleaner,
do not use any abrasive cleaners or scouring pads for interior cleaning, otherwise
the surface will be damaged.
5. The door or the outer surface may get hot when the appliance is operating;
If the surface is cracked, switch off the appliance to avoid the possibility of
electric shock. The temperature of accessible surfaces may be high when the
appliance is operating
Main issue we think will occur is the burning smell and some smoke
when it is first turned on.
we have attached a swing card to the door saying to run it for
10 minutes on high in a ventilated area before putting food in it.
Identical unit to Aldi model LUTOH20 except Kmart model is black,
Aldi model is silver.
It happens for 10 minutes,
