    MODEL DESCRIPTION Hatco Model IRG15-3000 Induction Griddle is a portable, countertop hob equipped with a single induction coil underneath Side Shield a composite metal (ferrous stainless steel and aluminum) griddle surface. The induction coil is sized to ensure even heat distribution for even cooking on the entire griddle surface.
