Page 5 Prior to using the Gigabit Ethernet port you must download and install the necessary drivers from the link below onto your MacBook (Wi-Fi connection required): http://minix.com.hk/downfile/NEO_C_Ethernet_driver.zip (Download link is available from our website) Once downloaded simply open the .zip file, click on the .dmg file and follow the onscreen instructions.
Page 6 Notes USB outputs are limited to 5V/600mA max. when external power adapter is not connected. USB outputs are limited to 5V/3A max. when external power adapter is connected. It is highly recommended to connect external power adapter when using external HDD or ODD. It is essential to connect external power adapter when using multiple ports simultaneously.
Page 7 Notes The SD card slot is inverted by design; please ensure you insert your card the correct way round. You are advised to safely eject external storage devices attached to the USB-C multiport adapter prior to unplugging it from the MacBook. The standard operating temperature of the USB-C multiport adapter ranges between 43-53°C (110-125F).
