- Page 4 Preparation for work To prepare the machine for work, do the following operations: Connect the spray gun to the spray hose and the spray hose to the quick disconnect coupling located on the rear of the machine. Connect the vacuum hose to the rear of the recovery tank. Connect the floor wand to the solution and vacuum hose.
- Page 5 STEP A – PRE-SPRAYING CHEMICAL Ensure the chemical bottle is connected and has ample chemical Turn the selector knob on the rear panel to the 1 droplet position Ensure the spray gun is in the "High" position by pulling back on the nozzle Turn the pump on and allow 10 seconds for the chemical to prime through the hose Spray the area to be cleaned ensuring good coverage over the entire surface Allow the chemical to dwell on the wall for at least 2-3 minutes...
- Page 6 PRESSURE ADJUSTMENT This machine has been preset to an optimal pressure. It is not recommended to attempt to increase or reduce the pressure of the machine. The factory setting for the pressure adjustment is as follows: Turn the pressure adjustment knob all the way clockwise Turn the pressure adjustment knob 3 complete turns counter clockwise NOTE: After switching OFF the pump, it is necessary to discharge the pressure in the circuit, by pressing the spraying lever on the accessory.
- Page 7 Maintenance Observe the following advice to obtain a perfect working and a long life of your machine: 1. After use, ensure the recovery tank is drained and cleaned with clean water only 2. Leave the recovery dome off when storing the machine to prevent moisture damage to the vacuum motor 3.
